How long will it take for my order to be sent out?
All orders are shipped as quickly as possible. We aim to send items on their way within 24 hours, but this can be slightly longer when busy. Please be aware that certain times of the year (ie Christmas) may lead to a slight delay.
What delivery service do you use?
We use Royal Mail and APC and ship to UK Mainland only. Delivery is £2.95 for standard shipping (2-3 working days) or you can upgrade to faster shipping (1-2 working days) for £3.95. Orders over £30 receive free delivery.
Do you sell vegetarian sweets?
Yes! All our vegetarian sweets are highlighted with a (V). We also offer a vegetarian mix in both our pouches and jars. Please see a list of ingredients here.
What size are the personalised sweet jars?
The glass jar is around 17cm tall and just over 10cm wide. It’s filled with a minimum of 650g sweets and weighs around 1350g-1400g when filled.
How do I look after my sweet jar?
Wash gently on the inside of the jar with soap and water. Use a damp cloth for the outside of the jar. As the lettering is permanent vinyl this is not suitable for the dishwasher.
Is my pouch recyclable?
Yes, it is. They arrive heat sealed, they can stand up, and they’re resealable to keep your sweets fresh. The packaging it’s sent in is also recyclable. We aim to be as environmentally friendly as possible.
Will I receive all of my choices of sweets?
Inevitably there may be times when we run out of stock of certain sweets. We try our best to make sure this doesn’t happen, but when it does we will double up on another of your choices to prevent any delays.

Can I amend or cancel my order?
If your order has not been marked as despatched, we should be able to do this for you. Drop us a line and we’ll get back to you asap.
Do you accept returns?
Due to the nature of our business, we do not accept the return of opened products or personalised items. If there is a problem with your order please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.
How important is it that I get the spelling right?
Very! Please double check the spelling carefully. We’ll contact you to check it if it’s something obvious that’s going on one of our personalised jars, ie ‘Sweeets’ – but that will cause a delay. We’ll use our common sense on gift message postcards.
Can I send this straight to the recipient?
Absolutely! Just add their details in the delivery address section. You can also add a handwritten Candy Mouth postcard to your order which makes a great alternative to a card!
I don’t know which size to order – can you help?
The ‘All Mine’ pouches should last one person a few nights. There’s over 500g of sweets in these bags, so that weighs nearly as much as a tub of Cadbury Heroes or Roses (600g). Our ‘Sharing Pouch’ with over 1kg of sweets should be enough to last two people a while, and our ‘Party Pouch’ at over 1.5kg is ideal for the whole family – but we won’t judge!
Should I go for one of your pouch mixes or should I create my own?
That’s the million dollar question! The mixes offer a wider variety of sweets, and they’re great value for money. Creating your own special mix costs slightly more as it takes longer for us to make, but sometimes it’s great to indulge in all your favourites!
I’ve finished my bag – can I buy the same again?
Absolutely! Just login to your account and click ‘re-order’ next to the relevant order, and we’ll get your sweets in the post asap.
